I have always been passionate about alternate ways of healing our mind, bodies & souls instead of numbing with substances whether that be sound, nature, kinesiology, food or reiki.

I have been going to Sound Healings for the past 5+ years, last year after a toxic relationship break up, I decided to put my own health first for the first time in a very long time and bought a set of bowls to start my own healing journey. I fell in love with the bowls even more so than I already was and I was in awe at how they made me feel, the peace and calm I felt, and the beautiful sounds flowing over my body like the waves from the Ocean, as they resonated with my cells, mind, body & soul. Now I want to start the healing journey for anyone who is inspired to dive deep and start their own journey ~ to remind you how loved you are, allowing people to feel safe in their body, and teaching you how to truly love yourself.

Over the past year on my healing journey, I’ve been working on childhood wounding, toxic partners, people pleasing, limiting self-beliefs, toxic patterns/self-sabotaging behaviour, releasing all of this and transforming my pain into purpose and wounds into wisdom. I am currently in my Phoenix rising from the ashes (last phase of a Scorpio).
